ABOUT ME

I am a Psychology PhD researcher currently involved in experiments using cognitive neuroscience (EEG) methods. I received my MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from Durham University, UK, and BSc in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Upper Iowa University, USA. Currently I am an active member of British Neuroscience Association (BNA), and the Federation of European Neuroscience Society (FENS). I have experience in tutoring / teaching Psychology and related subjects for, - Degree Level & Master's Level students - Foundation / Matriculation level I have presented in numerous psychology research seminars in Malaysia and Durham University, UK, and have participated in research activities in Psychology in both Malaysia and UK in various topics. I am passionate about psychological research, experimental methods, and looking to teach students who are interested in Psychology. ABOUT SESSION

Psychology requires an extensive understanding of the subject matters, and Statistics in psychological testing (with SPSS software) needs to be understood at a simpler practical level. Psychology students mostly struggle with the subjects related to human cognition, and statistics and SPSS. I use interactive methods to understand the student's current level of knowledge, and structure the course more efficiently based on the student's needs. I also help students with their homework & assignments as well to score a higher grade as possible.
